Role Overview

As a Product Specialist, you will be the expert on our product range, ensuring customers receive knowledgeable advice and tailored solutions. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance product positioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a fully accredited expert in the Volvo product range, including electric and hybrid technologies
• Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations in the showroom and via digital platforms

• Accompany customers on test drives, clearly demonstrating features and benefits

• Support customers throughout their full journey from order to handover

• Proactively progress chase sold vehicles through the internal process, liaising with the workshop, preparation centre, and relevant departments to ensure agreed timescales are met

• Provide regular and meaningful updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle

• Coordinate and manage vehicle handovers, ensuring each customer receives a high-quality and memorable experience

• Ensure customers are fully confident using their vehicle’s systems and connected services at handover and through follow-up support

• Maintain excellent showroom standards and vehicle displays

• Create engaging digital and video content to enhance the customer experience and support the sales process

• Maintain accurate records and manage customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Work closely with the Sales and Aftersales teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience
