Role Overview

As a Volvo Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Volvo vehicles to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault finding on Volvo vehicles using manufacturer-approved tools and methodologies.
• Carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance in line with Volvo standards and safety regulations.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, meeting customer expectations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with workshop colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
• Stay up to date with the latest Volvo technical developments, recalls, and service bulletins.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognised automotive qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4 or equivalent) relevant to vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience as a Master Technician, ideally specialising in Volvo vehicles or similar premium automotive brands.
• Strong diagnostic skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
