We are now looking to recruit a Facilities Maintenance Operative to support the maintenance, compliance and presentation of our premises across the business.
This is a mobile, multi-site role responsible for the general upkeep and repair of our properties. You will ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant and maintained to the high standards expected by our manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues.
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across all company locations
General building maintenance including basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, and minor electrical works
Completing routine site inspections and reporting any defects or health and safety concerns
Maintaining high standards of internal and external presentation
Supporting statutory and compliance checks
Liaising with approved contractors for specialist repairs and projects
Assisting with signage, fixtures, fittings and internal moves
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from departments and site management
Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance or general building role
Multi-skilled with a good all-round knowledge of property maintenance
Able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Proactive, reliable and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
Flexible and willing to travel between our sites
Full-time, permanent position
