Role Overview
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by providing outstanding service and expert advice to customers looking to purchase vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles from our diverse range.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge about the vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales agreements and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity.
- Participate in promotional events and dealership activities to showcase our offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company policies throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in car sales or a related sales role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as required.
